India Entry Strategy

  • With a decade of experience in the US of operating 75 Surgery Centers in over 20 states, Kare Partners has defined plans for India as a ‘strategic investor’ in healthcare.
  • The India plans are focused on two unique propositions. Firstly, to reach out to every Indian in a phased manner by providing a ‘primary’ care outpatient clinic to a target population of 20,000 people. These primary outpatient clinics will seamlessly integrate into secondary & tertiary care creating  "coordinated care networks" offering a continuum of care  to all patients within the Kare Partners India networks.
  • Advent Healthcare prepared a Budget to be presented to the Govt of Haryana for the upgradation of Maharaja Agrasen College
  • The Advent approach is to create a framework selecting key components and approach in three steps :
  • The second proposition is to create a ‘Health Ecosystem’ which will align the medical and commercial interests of all stake holders( doctors, diagnostic centers, pharmacy and hospitals ) in a transparent manner. The "profits" generated will be shared between the entire chain including patients while ensuring that no patient is exposed to unnecessary investigations or procedures.
  • To deliver these services  KPI has formed a team of competent healthcare experts from India, US and Philippines with years of experience in starting, running and operating health services. They will implement these delivery models during the year in two locations in Northern India.
  • Current status: Kare Partners are progressing their plans to focus initially on Tier II Cities and have invested approx. USD 25 Million into India.
